Lone Wolf Transact Transition Resources
Access Ends
July 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM
As Keller Williams transitions away from DocuSign, agents should begin using Lone Wolf Transact for new transactions and review any current or past DocuSign files that may need attention.
Key Reminders
1
Start new transactions in Command and Lone Wolf Transact
Any new transactions should now be created in Lone Wolf Transact instead of DocuSign. Starting new files in DocuSign this close to retirement may create duplicate work or transition issues.
2
Complete active DocuSign transactions
If you currently have active transactions in DocuSign, please work toward completing them before the July 14 deadline whenever possible.
3
Back up historical DocuSign files
Please review and export any historical DocuSign files you wish to keep, especially if they are not already stored in your Command compliance records.

KW-provided DocuSign access will end. Any continued use of DocuSign would require a separate subscription outside of the current KW/Command integration, and files would need to be managed manually.
