How is a luxury property defined?

KWRI defines the minimum price point for luxury sales as the top 10% of transactions within a county. 

Ventura County Luxury Minimum Price Point:

$1,225,000

What are the qualifications to become an earn-in Luxury agent?

Consideration for the KW Luxury earn-in community requires agents to close a minimum of four transactions in the past 24 months at the luxury threshold set by regional leadership.

Here are a few things to remember when submitting your order:

*All calendars are "Peel & Stick" so that you can attach your business card.      

*If you need envelopes please be sure to include them in your order as the office does not have the size you will need.

*Note that Markful also gives you the option to order doorknob bags.

*Make sure your order is for the correct quantity and design as I will not be able to make adjustments once the order is sent to Markful. 

All orders must be submitted no later than Friday, 10/01, by 12pm. We will be sending Markful the order form at that time.
